EISA Electoral Institute foe sustainable democracy Africa is election and democracy improvement in the Africa organization which based in several Africa countries with multinational members and staff. the organization is doing cevic education and democracy capacity building in Somalia for the last three years with base in Mogadishu

Hama the director of  the Somali office who served more than two years hectic work in Somalia a country where there is daily risk for human and organizational assets to implement civic education and democracy training. Hama has gained great friends and colleagues in the country is supposed to be changed by Chestin the new director of EISA in Somalia taking the position

the participants of the event who are from civil society organizations youth, children, women, education, disability, human rights and humanitarian development working organizations and institution thanked to the Mr. Hame for his term of work and contribution to the Somali civil society

Mr. Chestin the new director of Somalia office will need to learn more about Somalia and demonstrate commitment and oppenss like Mr. Hama there were the words of the most participants to say good bay Mr. Hama and Welcome Mr. Chestin

contributions and the opinions of the participants were more touching the EISA past work experience and futures where the youth has proposed participation the trainees and trainers of the programs. the disabled persons mentioned EISA work one of the most impotent  activities and training to participate as  said by one persons its the first time i voted independently practical for my life and hope to vote in the futures.
