Somalia political and leadership quota

 

 

after thee day heated discussion for the Somalia leadership  election 2016 kind of memorandum of understanding has been reaching with intervention and mediation of the international community. there has been three issues on the table to be used the benchmark of Somalia leadership

4.5 clans, regional administration and district commissioner which as been tough issues marred the public domain in the country and people as well as the international community.

finally kind of agreement has been made 53 the upper home based 4.5 and 275 lower home the parliament  based clans. there has been different in the political leaders who lacked to make volunteer compromise for each other.

many more people are condemning the way the political leadership is mapped for the future of Somalia while some others welcomed the issue
