SWJ Somali women journalism organization held women journalist capacity building for group of thirty women based in Somalia. SWJ organization is activist and protection of the women journalist working in the country.
the training is funded by UNDEF and facilitated by CED and implemented by the SWJ where the trainees were given lessons about elections and democracy in the country.
this training will help the women participation in the election for the coming election in the country which is heading democracy and voting leadership procedures. women are more in number but less in decision making organs and institutions .
