more than twenty persons where brought in front of Banedir region local authority  court accused illegal employment in the country. 22 persons collected in Mogadishu were found working in the country without any legal foreign employees permission.

the 22 persons nationality is Kenya who  interred the country without visa and found working in the country without nay legal employment permission.

the office of the general attorney said the 22 persons  has deliberately violated article 37  point O and 24 article. the court is postponed after their lawyer has request one for preparation. the ministry of the labor and social has drafted national forieng employment policy that was passed two months ago by the cabinet and parliament.

Somalia is a country where there has been lack of powerful central government controlling the border of the country. and there are thousands foreign employees operating in the country  who 90% fill national level vacancies
