Somalia is a country where there has been constitutional and institutional authority disputes among the top leaders and institutions in the country that has really marred the image  of the federal government.

the first mistake was making poor constitution for the country and the second mistake will the establishment of  weak national constitutional court that may worsen the political scuffle in the country rather than solution.
