the people in Galdmudug state started volunteer handover their weapons and militias to the Galmudug regional state administration. the people of Galkacay Galmudug side has contributed to the government 11 battle wagons and tens of militias in the regions.
Mr. Abdikarim Guled Hassan has received the army and militias from the Galkacyo Galmudug side community and thanked their brave and volunteer works. we promise to unite all army in the regions and insure their rights. the president encouraged other districts and towns in the region to nationalize their militias as national army with higher rights and skills then they are now.
Galkacyo is town divided in to two parts one side controlled by Puntland Administration and one side under the control of the Galmudug state. since the formation of Galmudug state there has been phenomenon of conflicting imaging the town between the tow states Puntland and Galmudug
