The list of the Galmudug federal state second parliament has been publish public after the technical committee of Galmdug formation and the tradition elders from the Galmudug state clans jointly issued the list.
The work of the technical committee Galmudug formation was to coordinate the work and support the tradition elders of the 11 clans in the region. Over 83 MPs out of the 89 is selected from nearly 6 of them females which violates the quota of the Somalia female representation, as well the PWP persons with disability that has no single representation in the 11 clans of the regions
There has been allegation from some of the politicisation in the regions against the process of the Galmudug state formation one is the technical committee was not made jointly with role of the 11 clans in the regions, some of the 46 traditional elders from the 11 clans where changed with enough consolation with members of the clans, the third former Galmudug President Mr. Ahmed Duale Geele Xaaf is organizing state formation comparing
The formation of the GM state has been going the last year since the date of the previous federal state finished. Federal government of Somalia wake to take part the process where Great work has been done the recompilation among the clans and the religious organizations based in the regions
Powerful islamist organization Ahlu-sune armed militias and the clans militias has been disarmed and integrated into the national army . the people in the region is thirst for the rule of law and governance.
Federal government of Somalia promised the people in the regions to build inclusive government with representation of all people in the regions and insure the coordination of equal opportunity and development among the people and territories
Finally after all this there is complaint from the some politicians, traditional and religious leaders from the clans of the state which needs to be solved before the election of the presidency
