Nearly 6 persons dead more than 20 wounded after car bomb exploded in front of the Village Somalia gate the presidential palace the head quarter of the Somali federal government in the Debka road at the Seyid junction area.
The attack targeted one of the entry checkpoints of the village Somalia where the car parked for clearance and checkup. There over twenty cars and Bajaj tricycle which carried people most of them government employee who use the road mainly every day in the rush hour
This is one the first time car bomb attack happen in the area. There has been several suicide car bomb attack took place the last year over 5 time online in the near the checkpoint and more than 10 attack in the road Maka al-Mukarama the last two years. An area which harbor most hotels and business mall in the town access for the top government staff, MPs and some time for the ministries
