
Career and skills development training for young graduates is held in Mogadishu where they have leant building personality, time magenta, interviews skills and team work. The training took place in Metor Somalia training room for 10 persons most of the young female girls most of the graduated from universities.
The objective of the training was to strengthen the capacity of the youth through training skills for good personality, resource management and job seeking that will help the choice of suitable job selection for the future career in the community.
The target of the training is to reach 1000 youth every year with volunteer work from the secondary and university new graduates provision of motivation and counseling service to recognize their talents and recourse on earth and in the society. Where they will be given training and certificate that will make them unique potential their role in the community.
The participants of the training pre session assessment responded that some of the had weakness and they don’t know the management of their resources and the selection of the career in the job market. Where the facilitator indentified the gap and their needs for training.
The training started morning on 9:00 and finished 12:00 where the trainees participated actively with presentation and exchange of the ideas that made the session interesting in the due course of the training.

Finally the session closed after 90 hours of training delivered the course requirement with support of the facilitators
