the quarterly inter ministerial conference for the ministries of the interior, federalism of the federal states and the ministry of the interior and the Banadir region is held in Mogadishu as normal. the ministries discussed several tissue mainly concerning the federalism which needs building institution in the federal state administration. the formation of the regional and district structures in the federal state region. where most of the regions districts has no official named DC in the federal administration system.
the parts discuss the on-going peace building process started the ministry of the interior several years ago for the reconciliation of the people in the regions where some of the regions existing clans fighting and ethnic violence. there are also other fighting in the region for resource allocation and management where some of the famers and livestock herders fight grassing, water and farming in most region in the country
the ministry of the interior and reconciliation Mr. Abdi Mohamed Sebriye closed the meeting and thanked to the all participant where he has promised to work the 13 points agree in the meeting and the next meeting is appointed to be held in Badio the capital city of the South West state.
