Federal Government of Somalia parliament political conflict has reached hire where they parliament is divided in to two groups group led by the speaker and group led by the deputy speaker. the motion against the speaker is accepted and will be resumed in the next. the problem emerged is where the session will take place.
Mohamed Osman Jawari the speaker proposed other neutral place should be held the session of the parliament particularly the large hall in the Mogadishu Airport controlled by the UN and Amisom where international observers can oversight the vote.
