on Wednesday 14 March 2018 in Mogadishu. some of the members of the Somalia federal government parliament agonized motion against key leaders of the federal government. there are two nations in side way one is against the speaker of the parliament Mr. Mohamed Osman Jowari whore more than 100 MPs preparing vote of no confidence. this motion seems to have great influence in the parliament
there are other source that say the existing of other motion against the prime minister which the two nations will over run the hall of the parliament. the parliament will be divided into groups that will support the sides of the government. the motion will be focus to the government. there are some other views from the parliament that say the motion in based deliberate interventions against the federal government draft process.
the independent committee for the amendment of the federal government of Somalia draft Constitution which has been in process for more than ten years. that was spent millions dollar and long time. the committee speaking the media several days accused the ministry of the Constitution and the federal lack of collaboration with independent. the team has presented in press release the ministry of the constitution and federal refusal the finalization of the draft Constitution.
