Somali national commission for borders and federalism meeting discussed the deliberate provocation of Kenya government to violate international borders and land marks. the commission which is independent body responsible integrity, solidarity and unity of the Somalia territorial borders land, sea and air
referring national constitutional provisional articles of the Somalia borders like the 1960 c0nistituion article 4 points 1, and 2 and the 1990 article 6 and transitional government constitution 2012 article 7 point 2 that all emphasizes Somali national the group has made in their prelease with following articles
1- Somali national territorial unity could not be divided the land, sea, air and borders in any reason.
2- we call to the Kenya government to respect Somalia territorial unity and refrain from any violations against Somalia
3- Somali national commission for the borders firmly condemn Kenya government attempts to build illegal wall in the border between the two countries
4-the commission is call for to the Kenya government to take care international land and border protocol against illegal border interventions
5- Somali national commission for borders and federalism deem the border wall building illegal that can create insecurity and divergence between the two nations.
6- Somali national commission for the border and federalism agree the decision of the Somali federal government parliament and the government for the illegal border wall of Kenya government.
