Somali  general attorney has issued statement  to prohibit any illegal arrested this came time where most regions in the country the jails are full of youth allegedly accused of membership of alshabab. there are more people in some jails in Mogadishu where people overcrowded in small cell

Dr. Ahmed Dahir said no one can arrest some one without  any legal procedures  and every suspected should serve court with in 48 hours. Dr. Dahir said its unfortunate to be told the rights of our people we now more than the foreign   talking human rights protection
