On Sunday 10 February 2020 Somalia disability consultation held in Kampala Uganda organised the Somalia ministry of women and human rights development. As part of the ministry strategy for the mainstreaming disability public and private in Somalia.Consolation meeting is organized between the Somalia disability people and Uganda disability people.
Team of Somalia national flew to the Kampala on Sunday 09 February2020 from the Disability People, members of the government advisories ministry of women ad human rights, member independent constitutional reform committee and member of the parliamentary constitutional reform committee.
Week consultation and training in Kampala between the team from Somalia and Uganda disability team representing DPOs, member Uganda Disability CRPD committee for the untied nation, member national committees and members of from the parliament representing the disabilities people in the legislation of Uganda .
The two teams took consultation meeting and discussion about the role of the disability people in the Uganda people and government where they have visited number institutions and organization for the disability people both civil society and governmental organs. Where they have found active role in the community and participation of the political in the country.
Members from Somaliafound inthe consultations anactive role of the Uganda disability people in the society and the government both federal state and central government in the local authority, execution and legislation. Where Uganda disability people has quota in the local authority assembly, national committees and legislation.

The meeting ijected the participants from somalia found the tehncical, sutrucutre, political and legislation and election for the presdiential and palriemtnray in the country where the conistituion of the country note the uoto of the disability people in the local outhrity, national disability agency, commissions and the legislation MPs
