The rounds of the Galmudug federal state election in Somalia ha finished several hours ago. The two passion were contested by four persons stand the president and deputy president. The election started morning in the conference hall in side Dhusomareb the capital city of the Galmudug federal state
The presidential election contesting wen with process organised and coordinated by the Galmudug state presidential election committee with cooperation of the traditional elders and the federal government of Somalia. The votes of the four persons went this with 77 MPs voting in the election the morning
- Mr. Ahmed Abdi Kariye Qorqor 66 vote
- Mr. Ahmed Abdullahi Samatar 9 vote
- Mr. Abdirahman Adan Sebriye 1 vote
- Mr. Ahmed Shire Abdi 1 vote
Finally the president is elected for the persons with simple majority vote as the regulation of the electoral was designed and Mr. Ahmed Abdi Kariye Qorqor become the president of the Galmudug state.

The first round of the deputy president election started after the election of the presidential of the Galmduug where the votes of the MPs voting went with procedure of the election coordinating the election committee and the Galamdug federal state parliament.
