the member of the upper hose impalement Somalia has made the second and third reading for the national petroleum law passed the house of the people the Parliament of Somalia several months ago

the upper house impalement quorum opened with more than 35 senator s after 18 persons questioned the upper house committee natural resource and the ministry of the petroleum federal government Somalia

this law is one of the contentious and controversial in the country where the civilians, politician and leaders of the country has diverse interest as well as the neighboring countries

law passed after 28 senator voted 24 yes and 4 not which made the law passed. bill will be law after the president signed and come out the national record book .
