Somalia federal government parliament the upper house has proceeded official session of the assembly the 17 where they have worked three different bills for the financial mostly initiated by the ministry of the finance
The agenda of the session was reading three bills in three sessions
- The second Reading Draft bill budget management
- The third reading of the national company law
- The third reading of the draft bill national budget management
The member of the assembly in the session were 28 that makes the quorum valid with %50 of the total member 54. The vote was taken to pass the draft bill which the ministry of the finances mentioned to be very important for the national debt relief
Similarly the ministry of the commerce federal government of Somalia participated the meeting for the third hearing of the national company law.
The speaker of the upper house Mr. Abdi Hashi abullahi said thanked the ministries who came in front of the upper the participation of the draft bill hearing . he also thanked to the senator who came the session for their time and contribution and the committee for the finance and commerce.
The upper house parliament of Somalia is making active effort to work the national bill to be law which are very important for the anticorruption and the transparence of the financial management for the federal government of Somalia
