On Sunday 24 November 2019 Somalia fedora government parliament upper house made the  second  reading for the company law passed the house of the people and brought in the upper house on  13 July 2019 went the first reading on 23 july 2019 and the second reading on November 2019 today

The speaker of the parliament Mr. Abdi Abdullahi Hasshi opened the  1 assembly, 6 session o the 15 sitting  welcome the head of the committee for the  economic, finance,  commerce, industrial, telecommunication and tourism Senator Abdi Ahmed Dhuhulow Dhegdher who has explained to the member of the upper house assembly and the changes the law underwent in the last moths in the hands of the committee

Group of  4 senator registered for questions  the importance of the law to legalize the illegal trade in the country particular in the Halane camp where there hundreds private companies operating their without the official permit and licorice from the government. The amendment of the some articles for the law, the role of the federal l state the registration of the companies with double first the federal government and the second  regional state governments.
