On Wednesday 20 November 2019 the second joint session of the tenth parliament house of the people and the first parliament of the Upper house. Somalia bicameral parliament took place the headquarter of the house of the people jointly the two parliament proceed the hearing of the Somalia national budget for the 2020 fiscal year.
