much was learnt how text message can contribute sending notification and prior warning in the disaster time and  area. the last disaster in Nepol has shown positive the ext message in the disaster time for emergency response where the text message can reach more people in one second unlikely the phone call  may very difficult for the receiver in very danger condition

when the disaster starts governemnt and meteorologist can collect information about the distance and the time for the disaster to the area next the effected place. and send mass text message for all people holding cellphones in the area.  possibly, people will spread the message by verbal that will may make faster the message.

one message recieved a person can help notification for ten people in near by area, some may hear the voice, some will person rushing and some will get emotional message from the person.

this is a lesson that should be lent and share among the stakeholder of the nation the governemnt, community and telecommunication companies and the meteorologists
