• Background

Community Based Rehabilitation Somalia Network (CSN)  is Somali indigenous national network for the Community Based Rehabilitation programs coordination and  mobilization country level. Established 2017 by Groups PWDs Persons With Disabilities,  DPOs Disabled People Organizations, Professionals  and Civil Society. A  joint  tusk and stakeholders   serving nationwide habitation and rehabilitation in Somalia.

Community Based Rehabilitation Somalia Network (CSN)    is national network standing  mainstreaming the disability people in the community though advocacy and awareness raising program to increase social awareness in the society the role and rights of the PWDs Persons With Disabilities as active citizen  and colleague with equal opportunities and responsibilities community level and national level in Somalia.

Community Based Rehabilitation Somalia Network (CSN)     is network that will for active stakeholders from the all parties of the Somalia who will be members of the assembly and executives  of the organization. To insure the operational capacity and creativity that may respond the needs of the PWDs and the objectives of the SNNC  as a national network.

Community Based Rehabilitation Somalia Network (CSN)    is national network that will give priority care the needs people, rehabilitation the victims, distribution equipment for mobility support and routine counseling for disability learning, life skills and developments in Somalia for the disabled people, and the humanitarian need coverage in the disaster time for the victims and IDPs disabled people in the camp with their families.

Community Based Rehabilitation Somalia Network (CSN)    is national network with operational offices in the country the federal states and Benedir region providing basic CBR works and services in the regions. With national CBR strategy and policy   to facilitate projects in the federal level with liaison offices and members of the network

Community Based Rehabilitation Somalia Network (CSN)     is national network that will have the mandate  to work with members stakeholder the PWDs, DPOs,  Civil society, Local authority  and relevant Ministries with common vision, mission, strategy, work plane and policy  supporting  to achieve SNNC objectives and overall goal of national disability development.

Community Based Rehabilitation Somalia Network (CSN)     Policy, Strategy and Work Plans will insure poverty alleviation and reduction through coordination of TVST Technical Vocational Skills Training, Income Generation and Revolving fund for the investment the PWDs Persons with disabilities livelihood and skills development to be production and supportive in the community.

• Overall objectives

Mainstreaming disable people in the community through  advocacy, education, rehabilitation and participation national development program and

Specific Objectives

• To Form national CBR policy, Strategy, work Plane and acting that may contribute the objectives and the goal of the network and overall development of the PWDs and DPOs .

• To Organize National CBR conference and meeting for the AGM Assembly General Meeting Annual and Somalia CBR monthly meetings Held in the country, With support Member Host or other group.

• To Establish  national CBR team and stakeholders potential to contribute and work the objectives and the goals of the CSN in Somalia.

• To Unite  nationwide level  disability issue, work  and operations in the country  the PWDs, DPOs, Civil Society, Donors and Somali Federal government  to get joint work guidelines

• To establish national disability   fund source from the Somali people, Government and International community to manage organization work and program fund and or expenses
• To provides basic health care services, rehabilitation, habilitation and mobility support equipment and tools for the PWDs Persons With Disabilities..

• To provide basic service for the PWDs Health care, Rehabilitation, Mobility Support Equipments, Education, Vocational Skills Training, Employment and investment for small business self employed.

• To participate national decision making organs, meting and institution to represent the issue of the PWDs Persons with Disabilities and DPOs Disabled people Organizations.

• To organize awareness, advocacy and counseling for the disabled People Rights to the both disabled people and non disabled people know the human rights and CRPWDs.

• To provide free service for counseling Legal, Problems and family issues to the Disabled people when they need for help.

• To provide national level information sharing private and public to the PWDs Persons with Disabilities Audio, Video, Sing Language, and Text or Braille Language  for the news, information, analysis, education, counseling, legal documents, personal documents.

• To support national level sport and Paralympics programs and games as well as entertainment programs serving the PWDs and members of their families and nationwide Somalia.
