On Thursday 03 July 2019 in Mogadishu Somalia federal government parliament upper house the commute for the development social service which is working the draft bill of the national health committee organized hearing and consultation with civil society members, professional health care and service providers, universities, association and DPOs disabled people organization
The meeting was opened the chairperson of the upper house social development committee with interdiction of the Doctor Osman Mohamud Mohamed Dufle member of the committee and senator of the upper house Somalia made brief induction of the draf bill national health council
Member of the health care prodder and association contributed more to the law and demanded the draft bill to be transparent serving the national interest for both civilians, professional and dealer of the medicine who are key actors of the draft bill
University groups suggested the cooperation with professes or and profession in the preparation of the draft bill national health committee which very sensitive if not care more for the law. The association of the health and medicine industry expressed their concern how they will be active in the draft bill and the committee since they member of the stakeholder
DPOs Disabled people organization raised their concern for the health care facilities side effects that caused some disabilities every to the communities in the world and in Somalia. And the all raised the demand the participation the committee as inclusive for where PWDs professional health should be added the committee for future source of information and cooperation
Mrs. Samad Dahir The secretary of the upper committee for social development asked the participant ifthere any other contribution important for the draft bill health council, here your role where civil society and health professionals have chance to put in their source.
