The parliament calls speech to the agencies concerning the security in the country to speak in front of the MPs the presentation of the national security situational analysis and updated for the least months. The government accepted where the top army commanders the military and police, the ministry of security and national army force came.
The quorum opens normal, with valid number of MPs 166 where the MPs took vote for the groups supporting the motion of the security report. Nearly 104 vote for not and 42 vote yes and 20 other silent. Where major MPs demanded the media should be out of the session where security issue is supposed to analyze
The speaker of the parliament house of the people Mr. Mohamed Mursal announced in the conference hall that all media should go out of the hall for national security issue. Some other MPs opposed the media to be out of the session regarding the rights for the citizens participation in the sessions which is not convenient for hall space. So that they say the media should cover the session live to the people.
Dispute arose from the media coverage that spread the hall and the MPs divided into groups that lead the meeting hall to be chaos where it was very hard to speak and continue the session. The speaker of the parliament announced that session is closed for the conflict of the MPs in the issue of the media. the MPs where divided into two groups pro government and pro opposition, each groups saying the parliament is attached by other groups.
the meeting was to discuss the deteriorating security in the county mainly the capital city of Somalia Mogadishu that waves of suicide car bombs and attach shocked the hotels, public streets and governmental institutions caused the death of more than one hundred people and wounds of hundreds people the first quarter of the 2019 .

The government is trying to convince the people and the MPs that they doing progress in the security against the fight of alshabab who are trying to scrape from the massive air raid outside Mogadishu.
Beside Amest international report covering the civilian death in the massive air raid mainly the African operation in the country . the USA government acknowledge the killed of civilians which they said its caused by false information direction from the ground the Somalia government.
Somalia people are dumbfound with security alert against the people in the far rural suffering the air raid, government forces assault and Alshabab killing the civilians and mass suicide bombs and attach in the large towns of the country. This shows that civilians who live in the urban and non urban to be victim.
