On 25 February 2019 Somalia federal government cabinet meeting to discuss the national federal system for the financial and budget management. The prime minister also chaired national ministerial stakeholder for the public service delivery group or chapter member of the national ministerial work plan for the cooperation of the government the excision the cabinet and members ministries
The groups discussed in the meeting national volunteer work for the reconstruction of the public infrastructures in the country. Benedir Hospital, national civil service committee capacity development for quality service deliverable. And the reconstruction of the national public service institutions Somalia National University, national blood bank, Banadir Hospital, National Armay Hospital, national library and the monuments and the public gardens in the country 2019 plan.
This are public infrastructures very necessary for the Somalia people in general. Although there some important public institutions are still missing like the Somali Youth League office which is now hotel for private enterprise and national disability training institute which camp for displaced people and national sport village Somalia which is now in the hands of the government.
