On 25 February 2019 group of Somalia women MPs from the two parliament flew to Ankara for joint parliamentary training workshop. The mMPs will learn the work of the parliamentary committee.
The 20 female MPs come from the two parliament of Somalia the house of the people and the upper house. This training will empower the women mPs to take action and role in the parliaments
The women MPs are member of the two parliament caucus organization in Somalia the team led by the head of the house of the people women parliament caucus Mrs. Mina Hajir Abukar
In the visit of Ankara they will have meeting with women MPs in Turkey parliament and parliament committees
