Somalia federal government parliament the upper house passed national disability authority draft bill with absolute majority vote where 31  senators attended voted for the bill yes. this was an important   for the PWds

the head of the upper parliament committee for justice and human rights speaking in front of the  session thanked the particiaptns to  take care the matter of PWDs persons with disabilities and give attention the draft bill. 

 she said request the draft bill to passed in this session through recruitment reading. regarding the rules of the procedures of the upper house,  i request again to take action to pass the law for the support of the vulnerable disabled people.
