Prof. Mohamed Osman Jawir the speaker of the 9th and 10th parliament of Somalia has officially published in his post official Resignation from the parliament speaker position in Somalia.

he has submitted official letter to the top government leaders in few hours ago in the last day of two weeks negotiations to resettle political tension in the SFG parliament between the speaker and his first deputy

the issue came after group of MP raised motion against the speaker in the second meeting of the third session of the tenth parliament of Somalia. where the MP divided in to two groups part supporting the speaker and part trying to take no confidence vote for the speaker

the speaker in challenges has been trying to defuse the tension and win them in the parliament. the matter went out of the hand when Wednesday 04 April march 2018 session the parliament hall was deployed armed force both police and military that caused the postponement of the session. where some key supports of the speaker quitted from him.

after weeks of heated political discussion for arbitration with top leaders of the country where the speaker has been defying the resignation or the participation in the parliament peacefully in the motion. finally the news hit today in the early mooning that the speaker has resigned

Mr. Abdiwhali Mudey acting speaker and former deputy of the parliament has told the MPs present in the Parliamentary hall that the speaker has submitted official resignation to the MPs as i will read in the letter for you.
