Somali federal government ministry of the interior and federalism has announced yesterday the opening of the Hiran and Middle shabelle region administration where most of  the delegates has been flooding there.

there has been disputes for the formation of the Hiran and Middle Shabelle administration where  the leaders of the two regions has been complaining about lack of cooperation and respect from the government.

the problem delaying the conference was power sharing, resource and allocation of the capital of the administration they key contentious issue need to be solved and parts seems insisting on their views and interests
