Uganda governemnt sent heavily armed forces to South Sudan Jubo war stricken town where there are hundreds persons flee the war in the two parts. there are hundreds UPD forces with reality armed personnel and armed carriers and lorries crossed the border at Nimule about the 200 Km to Jubo. operation that Uganda governemnt mentioned humanitarian ground where they will open safe passage and route for the thousands people flee the war.
these force will evacuate over 3,000 Uganda people based in Jubo and other town trapped in the war, along with other people trying escape the wars that killed over hundreds persons. there is ceasefire fragile that may not be durable regarding the mobilization of the two parts for new war.
Uganda is country neighboring the troubled new governemnt South Sudan and UPDF is key lie supporting the Mr. Kiir government where UPDF helicopters has participated prevention Jubo to fail in the Hands of the rebel. this will force the rebel to seek support from the Sudan governemnt where the war in Jubo can be ever lasting civil war that could not be finished soon.
