the deputy ministry of the national planing and international cooperation had meeting with Japan government member Japan. the ministry of the national planing Mr. Abdullahi Kalow accompanied by the director general of the ministry and member of the ministry of fishing has where they have met with deputy representative for the Africa for the Japan foreign.

the two parts has discuss the relationship of the tow countries and cooperation for the capacity building the governemnt employee , increasing the aid and scholarship for the somalia people. Japan Has been front line donors providing somalia aid the for long time and mainly post conflict where they have been supported the governemnt, development program, security and social service works rebuilding.
