UN security councile call for seas fire to the South Sudan rival factions

united nations security meeting on Sunday  is discussed the emergency war re-scaled in South Sudan  engulfed more than 300 persons in three days.  UN security councile urged the  rival parts to stop the war, come back to the negotiation  table and redeploy troops back their  position before war.UN security councile proposed to send new more extra UN peace keeping troops to insure the stability the country.

South Sudan is one of the newest countries  in Africa with 5 years age that has not developed so far political civilization and Democratic leadership. the governemnt is led by faction leaders and militias commander who has been in the jungle with guerilla  wars against the Sudan governemnt. analysts say the root causes of the conflict in the country is lack of accountable leadership who could have handle some issues by means of diplomacy.

the people  of South Sudan are tired of wars that they have been over three decades and yet their hope for peace in foreseeable soon.  faction leaders and politician don’t seem to be prepared making comprimise for their selfish intrest.
