national strategic plane for development presentation is made in Mogadishu by the ministry of the national planning and international relationship with cooperation of the UNDP Somalia.  the  work plane for 2017-2019 blue print is presented in front of the people representing from government  ministries, DGs, directors , secretaries and MPs as well as civil society member who all has presented their contribution to the blue print.

Somalia is a  small country that took its independent,  had 17 national tragic work plane prepared  for development that some of them has made progress in the past years and some fall. but, this is different from all it came in hard time existing the country tough economic hardship, insecurity and disaster that has damaged the progress tried in the past and that can damage this work planes

Somalia is one of the top countries in the world with highest corruption rate of public and private sectors where hundreds millions blundered every year  theft from national budget and humanitarian budgets. unaccounted and  reported.  one of the largest donation made the world named the new deal nearly 2 billions has dropped unknown and not invested in the country.

the economic analysts say there should be anti corruption policy in the country punishing all corrupt criminals both civilian  and governmental.

Mr, Ainte the ministry of national planning and international relations is a  young scholars with other groups organized the work plane. a program tailored to form national level source of budget and adorable fiscal year to   save the Somali economic in the short time and longer time. this is really very good initiatives  presented that needs internal and international cooperation not only fundraising but  also the protection of the program sustainability and productivity

Somalia is  a country where there is not national inclusive participation and resource allocation conducive  to  the disadvantage people in the decision making time. the federal government that had spent more than  billions USD in the last three years lacked the support of the people with disabilities and orphaned children except women who got small ration of support the last years with force pressure of the international community
