Mr. Abdi Sa’id Dhere is elected for the Qardha DC district commissioner in free and fair lection that took place there to day. the contestants were two persons Abdi Sacid Dhere and Mr. Farah Abdullahi Ali where open vote were caste by 29 local MPs . Mr. Abdi Siciid got 20 vote while Mr. Farah got 9 vote for the district commissioner
the second part of the election the deputy DC contest took palce there between
Eng. Abdirasikh Omer farah with 18 votes
Mohamud Ismail 11 vote
and the deputy DC is elected Eng. Abdirisakh Ismail
this is one of the rare election that works democracticly in somalia
