reconciliation for the impeachment motion dated 12 Aug sot 2015
1- Parliament heads realized the need for local intervention for political dispute in the country between the MPs organized impeachment motion and the president. we are sending message to the stakeholder and all parts concerned the issue. and to the Somali people in general to end the conflict through mediation process
2. Somali federal government president nominate to represent the Mr. Umar Abdirashid to take part the mediation process
3. all MPs organized the impeachment motion should nominate their representative for mediation of the political arguments and submit soon
4. the mediation will be led by the Parliament speaker and deputies and the parts involved are requested to come on the table and abide by any necessary agreement for the interest of the Somali people. any failure to this volunteer mediation will end up federal constitution act.
5. in due course of the mediation all parts are exempted propaganda through media and public speech against the mediation
6. the speaker of the parliament and his deputies are thanking to the all parts stakeholders of the conflict the president, prime ministry and the Mps.
7. similarly, we thank to the regional administrations for their support and contribution to encourage the mediation of the political confidant
8. we all thank to the Somali civilians and civil society, youth, religious, traditional leaders, women groups and nascent political parts for their confidence to the federal government institutions working
9. we also thank to the all foreign Ambassadors based in the country mostly from OIC organization of Islamoc congress, international community, EU, African, USA and other donors interested Somalia. for their impartiality role and with out any destructive intervention for the political turmoil and the mediation.
10. we beg almighty Allah to guide us and the process the right path for sustainable agreement
