Bill of politicians rights read in the Upper Parliament Somalia

On Wednesday 17 April 2019 The federal government of the parliament house of the people submitted bill of the rights for the Somalia politician which was passed by the house of the people. The bill is in its first reading in front of the upper house parliament

On Wednesday 17 April 2019 parliament committee upper house member read the bill  covering the rights of the Somali politicians both government and legislation. This bill will give rights the president, prime minister, deputy prime minister, ministries, MPs and the speakers of the Somalia parliament

The MP responded with question for the bill nearly 6 persons listed for question three  refused to proceed the bill which they mentioned not convenient now the country is security and disaster crises. We have talk rather the rights of the national army said Senator Ahmed Hashi

The federal government of Somalia national budget is about 300 million that 90% goes  to the government  for salary and running cost. Denying the rights of  the civilians the tax payer who are making the money.   Some MPs proposed the bill should be thrown while some other suggested the bill should be read and discussed

The deputy speaker of the upper house Abshir who was presiding the session of the upper house we should take care the rights of the MPs and  as procedural every committee should discuss the concerned issue and article of the bill the session is closed
