there has been report for the measles outbreak in the world. new cases has been reported in many countries in the world Europe, America, Asia and Africa. this year 2019 the first quarter from the WHO showed high increase cases in the world
some countries including Italy banned public movement for the children not fascinated from the measles disease particularly the schools and children care center for the prevention of the disease mass spread in the country
WHO reported that every 10 cases one or two may be available for report in the world this shows that the mass spread of the disease in the world is unaccounted. the third countries are the worst that suffer the disease
Somalia is one of the countries where there is not reliable report for the disease outbreak cases and death report, where 2 out of every 5 children under 5 years die for undiagnosed diseases including measles, chicken box , TB and Malaria
lack of security and poverty is worsing the case of the child mortality in somalia where the ministry of health and aid agencies may not go far rural area in the countryside.
