somalia federal parliament house of the representatives the upper is due opening in Mogadishu the 5 session. the upper house somalia is member of the somalia legislature bicameral established official the end of the 2016

the 5 session is opening today on Monday 01 april 2019 with participation of the civil society, national army, the MPs, supreme court, ministries and villa somalia

this is the fifth ceremony for opening the upper house parliament regular works. the parliament will open from today one for the fulfillment of the all works the processing the laws and the oversight of the execution works
