On 22 February 2019 disabled people in Kismanyo town the Juboland administration made complaint from the government and international donors working in the regions not supporting the PWds persons with disabilities and the DPOs disabled people organizations based in the federal administration of the Jubaland
The group organize meeting in hall where they have submitted their concern to the government and international aid agencies who are not taking care of them. Some of them speaking told the media the federal state of Jobland did recognize the rights of the PWDs Persons With and DPOs disabled people organization in the areas under their administration
We call to the government to respond the need of the PWDs persons with disabilities who suffering in the community. They also talked about the getting land and work place for the DPOs disabled people organizations. They also send their message to the international donors working the construction of the infrastructure and economic investment to participate the PWDs Persons with disabilities and DPOs disabled people organization
Hundred millions from the donors is exclusive to the non disabled people development and organizations who partner with donors. There is not single DPO partners with the donors and non project tailored for the disability funded directed.
Somalia government signed o2 October 2018 CRPWDs convection rights persons with disabilities which will put mandate and responsibilities for the PWDs Persons With Disabilities rights and role in the community. And international donors in Somalia make inclusive for all humanitarian and development program in Somalia.
