The Federal Government Somalia Parliament House of the People passed in the third draft bill politician immunity

on wednesday 05 December 2018  somalia Parliament house of the people passed the  draft bill for that national political immunity of somalia which has been in front of the 10th parliament. the draft bill wen three reading where the MPs made consultation with high experts who has contributed the draft correction and content articles.

national politician  immunity bill will law where the legal requirement  passed which will protect the rights of the somalia politician which is now in dispute the imuty of the MP, Minister, line ministers, governors and director of the government  institutions and organs of somalia,

the corrume of the federal government parliament opens with a  have of the total members of the parliament 275 nearly  135 where on wednesday 05 December 2018 170 present in the session voted 167 for years, 1 no vote and 2 silent. this gave the bill with majority yes vote that legals allows to be passed to the next organs concerning the bill.
