Mr. Samuli Virtanen the Deputy Minister foreign affair of the visited somalia for several days where he paid official visit to the Somalia and took meeting cabinet on Monday 19 Nov 2018 the prime minister and the Upper house Parliament foreign committee and the speaker on tuesday 20 Nov 2018
