Somalia has been in conflict that has increased the foreign companies  working in the country some of them working with out legal permission for the government and local authorities in the country. this has made very easy for foreign companies work in the country.  even most local companies are registered in the country they work informal way that made hard to be taxed and audited

lack company law in the country is attributed the corrupt business in the country resulting import of the fake products and service the medicine and the food as well as the electronic equipment, this law may some how reduce all these corruption.
