the federal government of Somalia upper house opened the third session of the  parliament   started  with hearing of the home ride of the Somalia national army members who made unauthorized operation which is found with permission letter from the intellect agency. speaking to the members of the parliament he added there is no outcome for the investigation of the case. there is cases that i could not share with you now.

General Abdikheybdid said the groups who wanted the assassination are still there operational active, and the victim  with out justice,  the members has voted for the establishment of the joint committee  from the two Parliament 23 yes vote 4 call the prime minister and one silent and the  joint committee will be nominated soon and the session closed
