Somalia federal government parliament kick off DP world operation in somalia

Monday 12 March 2018  the first meeting of the Somalia federal government  tenth parliament  third  session started official where the first work was  motion against   DP word agreement in Somalia  organized by 11 MPs.  the participants of the session was enough to pen the quorum     170  MPs. where they have discussed  federal Somalia constitutional law article  for integrity and oversight of Somalia territorial and resources.

Article 1: every international agreement in Somalia will be legally when the federal government of Somalia the legislation passes.

Article 2: any agreement against the Somali federal governed constitution  will be null  and avoid

Article 3:  the prime minister should take action  against the agreement and communicate the UAE with violation of the Somali law

Article 4:  federal parliament of Somalia is calling  to the nationwide Somalia take united action as citizen obligation for the national

Article 5:  the law will be legal when the parliament pass, the federal government president  sign and went official decontamination degree

the participants agree the  importance for the law and voted where 151 voted for yes, 2 silent and 17 mps refused. the law is passed and the statement to the DP world was read for the media.

the statement of the parliament was that DP world is UAE company that violated Somali federal  government  law for international cooperation and the federal constitutional. so they should be banned operating in the country and the government with international courts and organization should take any possible legal steps against the DP world
