on Wednesday 07 March the Mayor and the governer of the Mogadsihu and the Banadir region has officialy oppened project kick off meeting for the development of Mogadsihu with partnership of the Eu the Germany governemnt. this project first face will start with the construction of the 19 streets in mogadishu
the first intervention of the project will start soon serving the district of Hamar-weyne, Shingaani, Hamar-jajab, Wartan Nabada, Hawl-wadag, Boondheere and Abdi-aziz district which member of the banadir region local authority. the project will be the construction of the raods in the seven districts mentioned, there are also other development project in the partnership for livelihood and income generations
Mrs. Jutta Gisele Frasch the ambassador of the Germany embassy Somalia meeting with Benedir local authority explained the support of the Germany government to the Somalia people particularly the Banadir region its surrounding areas our focus
Mr. Abdirahman Yarisow the governor of the Banadir region and Mayor of the Mogadishu thanked the partnership support from the Germany government that will create employment opportunities for the women, youth, DIPs and poor people in Mogadishu and surrounding n areas. we collectively will share the responsibility of the implementation of the project.
