The meeting participants where 30 persons from the diverse groups in the Somalia the civil society, government and disabled people where facilitators made deeper presentation and explanation of the Somalia disabled people status and the international level where there are convections, treats and acts protecting them
The participants of the consultation conference thirty persons trying to seek the participation of the policy and decision making organs in Somalia. There has been debates about the role of the disabled people national level where there are not participation of the policy and political participation. The PWDs persons with disabilities submitted their demand for inclusive for political system and governance in the country

Mr. Abdullahi Hussein Osman chairpersons of the IEDP presented words to send message to the government, civil society and international community said, every persons should be either one seizen with full potential rights able to be elected or vote for other persons standing to serve for other people, or Others wise person with welfare security in his community or groups depending others. Somalia PWDs are neither of these two grouts.
Mr. Ali Abdullahi Salad chairperson of the national disability council said the need of the disabled people for political participation is natural and what they have as rights. We stand from now demanding participation until the 2021 the next election of the Somalia government. Where we will present greater mobilization and movements to play role in the future governments.
Mss. Faduma Adan from the national youth council express her happiness to see PWDs persons with disabilities awake and demanding their rights for social and political in the country. In our team national youth 5 persons one is PWDs persons with disabilities there is position for the youth works the disabled people.
Mr, Omar the director of the care, rehabilitation disabled people for the ministry of the labor and social. Who presented the process of the national employment policy giving great number of participation the PWDs persons with disabilities. He added there are other works the ministry is engaging opening national account for the disabled people proposed former president Hassan Sheikh Mohamed the last May 2016. And national disability policy passed the cabinet and in process of reading in the parliaments
Mrs. Maryan the director of the social affairs office the office of the prime ministry thanked the starting point of this work and she has promised organizing more meeting with cabinet, MPs and line managers in the ministries. She said we should have monthly or bimonthly meeting to discuss the process of the disabled people participation the government and decision making organs
Mr. Ahmed Boril department director of the ministry of women and human rights where he has mentioned the national disabled people bills supposed to be proposed with works the stakeholder ministries and PWDs persons with disabilities.
