Somalia federal government parliament has passed the new cabinet formed Mr. Hassan Kheyre incumbent prime minister after days  dispute and rumors that the new cabinet will not pass the parliament. the quorum was full and the vote was taken for the new cabinet and voted for 224 mps yes wile 15 refused and 2 silent
