Turkish government has announced the establishment of large military headquarter in Somalia. this will be facility to support building Somalia army. the military base building and equipped in the last process where it will be opened soon. the army will be the second largest Turkish base in the abroad after the Qatar. this military base in passed by the UN and international bodies that will operate with international regulations
this is the first Turkish Military based in Africa that will serve training Somali national army pact the two countries signed before years. Somalia government needs national rebuilding for the army, civil and economic where Turkish government has provided political, humanitarian and security support.
Somalia is post conflict state served three decades of wars and in security. the world has focused empowering Somalia government while there is diverse intervention support from different countries which may have positive or negative impact the peace process and state building in somalia.
