Somalia and Kenya government dispute for the Ocean case brought in fron of the Haigue has started its debate. Kenya  has proposed the matter to be solved mutual based between the two nations through MOU signed by  former Somalia  transitional government leaders.

Somalia government representatives in the court hearing has insisted the case to be dealt through legal court rather than bilateral negations between the two nations. Somalia General attorney let the team in the ICJ has expressed their solidarity for the national territorial defence.

Kenya has presented agreement they have made with Mr. Sharif Shik Ahmed formed transitional government proceeding, Mr. Omar Abdirashi former  prime minister and Mr. Abdishakur former ministry of international relation and national planning.  three main men cursed in the country for the alleged role of the ocean sale. most talked matter in the social media become the case of Somalia oceans and the three persons alleged.

there is no proof the role of the three men accused the case to have hidden cooperation with Kenya government. This came in time where the country is getting election and three members of the alleged list are members of the presidential election candidate

some analysts say if the allegation of Kenya is true why didn’t presented before now. Instead targeting in the election time.  While some other analysts it may be true and hearing of Keyna allegation will leak more other in the next tow days
