highest FGM debate is held in Mogadishu for the government, parliament, civil society, traditional leaders, religious groups and national attorney where the FGM female genitel mutilation has been discussed widely in variety way. the different groups has raised several question where top religous group in the coutry present there has responded the FGM to be illegal against the female persons in the country.
the debate was most magnificent one every held in the coutnry different from more others, most figure head females persons GBV activist, MPs and ministers and scholar has challenged with top Somalia actors in the community and the government. MPs ministers, religious groups and civil society has all agree that FGM against females is taboo and against Islam.

this will legal prohibited from the community against the young girls who has been suffering FGM both WHO and UNICEF report has raised the risk of the FGM in the world and in Somalia where its practiced more than any other counterfeits in the world. Somalis are traditional oriented people most of them nomadic with traditional way of live that include FGB as bright for young female where its shame female with out circumcision
every day some girl day in the practice in the world while some other die the consequence of the FGM in their live time and some other suffer live time complications caused the FGM. if this legalized in somalia breath will come out from the young girls who are now waiting to be circumcised one day.
